Malaysian citizen with good physical health.
Minimum SPM qualification, and open to those who have lost their jobs
Excellent customer service skills, including a good and positive attitude
Have own transportation
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people
Responsible and able to work independently
Able to follow and receive instructions well, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and accurately
Experience handling government projects will be an advantage
Required languages: Malay and English
Able to start work immediately.

岗位职责
Manage and organize company documents, files, and records systematically
Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Handle correspondence, incoming/outgoing emails, and phone calls
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and meeting minutes
Perform data entry tasks accurately and neatly
Prepare supporting documents such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders (if related)
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and external parties when required
Support other administrative tasks assigned by management
Maintain confidentiality of company and staff information
