Job Scope:

Assist in handling customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms
Support the team in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analysing responses
Support the team in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns and loyalty programmes
Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the department as required
