                      POSITION : ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (PUCHONG AREA)

Working days: 5 Days Work and 1/2 Day on Saturday (alternate basis)

Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience and fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
• Good skills in MS Office. E.g., Word, excel
• Prefer to have knowledge in accounting software Autocount
• Multi-tasker, matured and able to work independently
• Team-player, good coordinator with team members
• Good communication and interpersonal skills-Fluent in both spoken & written for English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts
• To perform daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable/payable and daily/monthly bank reconciliation
• Perform Account Payable function, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts etc
• Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports.
• Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
