Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail / SME environment)
Strong hands-on experience in IT support, systems, and infrastructure
Experience with POS systems (retail environment preferred)
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP is an added advantage)
Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and system integration
Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
岗位职责
1. IT Operations & Support
Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
Oversee email systems, user access, and IT security controls
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all departments
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and office IT facilities
2. Systems & Integration
Support POS system (Xilnex POS) operations across retail outlets
Oversee ERP system (SAP) on system efficiency and configuration
Coordinate system integrations between POS, ERP, and other business platforms
Work closely with vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
3. Website & Digital Operations
Monitor and ensure smooth operation of company website and e-commerce platforms
Ensure system uptime, performance, and user experience
4. Governance & Vendor Management
Act as the main point of contact for all IT-related matters
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and system controls are in place
Support management in IT planning and decision-making
