任职资格

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field

  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email handling)

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Professional attitude when dealing with customers and internal teams

岗位职责

  • Greet visitors and handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat platforms, and in person

  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in line with company policies

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Provide accurate product/service information and assist with order processing and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately

  • Support team members and contribute to overall team goals

  • Assist in preparing reports related to customer service activities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Maintain organized records of documents, reports, and correspondence

  • Manage office supplies and basic procurement tasks

  • Prepare purchase requisitions and liaise with suppliers for quotations in accordance with company procedures

  • Ensure the front desk/reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable

  • Assist HR in organizing meeting rooms for training sessions, meetings, and company events (e.g., festive celebrations, office decorations)

  • Monitor cleaner attendance and ensure overall office cleanliness is maintained
