Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English or Mandarin

Basic computer knowledge (PC literate)

Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented

Willing to work 6 days per week

Handle customer enquiries via e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

Follow up on parcel status and provide delivery updates to customers

Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, missing, or damaged parcels

Manage and respond to customer reviews in a professional manner

Coordinate with internal teams regarding order and logistics issues

Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction

Keep proper records of customer interactions and cases

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
