· Candidate with at least SPM or equivalent.
· Minimum 2-3 years of strong working knowledge of inventory and operation management.
· Familiar with Autocount systems / Excel / ERP systems.
· Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation accurately.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines, knowledge of 5S practices.
· Experience in tech or software-related company.
岗位职责
· Prepare and process daily documents such as Quotation, Sales Order (SO), and delivery orders (DO).
· Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and stock availability.
· Update and maintain inventory records based on issued documents.
· Track order status and ensure proper documentation flow.
· Handle data entry and maintain proper filing (digital and physical).
· Assist in stock coordination and basic inventory control.
· Liaise with finance or operations team regarding billing and documentation.
· Maintain proper 5S practices in documentation, filing systems, and workspace.
· Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
· Ensuring accuracy is maintained in the billing process and investigate and resolve items on billing error and exception reports.
· Ad-hoc task as and when assigned by superior or HOD.
