Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems

Hands-on problem-solving and decision-making ability

Familiar with lean manufacturing / continuous improvement practices

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Oversee overall factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety

Plan and manage daily production activities to meet output, delivery, and efficiency targets

Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime

Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards; work closely with QA/QC teams

Manage and lead production teams, including supervisors and operators; ensure proper manpower planning and discipline

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (productivity, cost reduction, process optimization)

Oversee machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition

Enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance

Coordinate with material control, purchasing, and sales teams to align production with demand

Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for management review
