Diploma or SPM with relevant experience
1 to 2 years experience in admin, operations, logistics, customer service, or F&B/retail industry
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer literacy required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email communication
Able to perform data entry, reporting, and basic Excel formulas
Experience with POS, inventory systems, or operational software is an advantage

Working Day: Monday to Friday
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
岗位职责
Manage warehouse inventory control, stock monitoring, and stock availability updates
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety compliance
Maintain attendance records and staff monitoring
Handle petty cash, diesel tracking, and operational expense reporting
Track driver movements, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination
Liaise with suppliers for ordering, procurement, and purchasing activities
Assist in renewal of road tax, insurance, and PUSPAKOM inspections (vehicle compliance)
Support foreign worker application processing via government online portals
Assist HR department with documentation, filing, and employee records
Perform general office administration, photocopying, filing, and document control
Assist in visitor handling and basic front desk support when required
