Familiar with accounting software (if any)
岗位职责
Help to answer/assist the office phone calls.
Respond to customer/designer/supplier's email enquiry and escalate the details to the person in charge.
Responsible to prepare purchase orders, raise quotations and other required documentations in timely managed as requested.
Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation such as Invoice/ DO/ etc to ensure the daily delivery of ready goods run smoothly.
Manage and maintain all filing of all documents required.
Photocopy or printing all CAD drawings, tender documentations and etc.
Compile and track any necessary documentations of the on-going projects.
Responsible in receiving the delivered ready goods, raw materials, ordered accessories and escalate to the person in charged.
Collate invoices and payment requests and all other supporting document to be attached to the payment requests.
Performs any other tasks that may assigned from time to time.
