Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

• No prior experience required (training will be provided), but experience in F&B is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn

Job Description:

As a Service Crew / Barista at ZUS Coffee, I am responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards

• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash or cashless transactions

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, equipment, and dining area

• Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory management

• Follow food safety and operational guidelines at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
