岗位职责
● Handle day-to-day adminstrative tasks & office coordination
● Manage documentation, data entry, filling & record-keeping
● Assist in general clerical duties and support management as needed
● Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
●Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
● Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
● Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
● Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
● Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
● Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
