任职资格

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a medium to large organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax (LHDN).

  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Familiar with employee benefits administration, including insurance, medical claims, and statutory benefits.

  • Experience liaising with government agencies, auditors, and external service providers.

  • Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.

  • Proficient in payroll systems such as HR2000.

岗位职责

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory regulations.

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits, acting as the primary point of contact for employees and benefit providers.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related transactions, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, overtime, and deductions, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain payroll and benefits policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices, making recommendations for improvements.

  • Liaise with external auditors, government agencies (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, LHDN), and benefit providers to ensure all statutory requirements are met and to resolve any discrepancies.

  • Prepare and analyze payroll and benefits reports for management, providing insights into labor costs, benefit utilization, and compliance status.

  • Manage the administration of employee leave, claims, and other HR-related documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
