任职资格
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
At least 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, event sales, or branding (FMCG/food industry preferred).
Strong event management and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Creative, proactive, and willing to work flexible hours (events, weekends, travel).
岗位职责
Offline Sales (Events & Expo's):
Handle the execution of events including booking booths, coordinating with organizers, arranging stock & manpower, and setting up displays.
Prepare event budgets, sales targets, and KPIs with guidance from the Senior Executive.
Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback from each event.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Production, QA, Warehouse).
Online Sales & Digital Marketing:
Manage company’s e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) including product listings, promotions, and order monitoring.
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (social media ads, influencer tie-ups, content creation).
Monitor online sales performance and provide reports with improvement suggestions.
Branding & Marketing Support:
Ensure consistent brand identity across events, digital platforms, and all promotional activities.
Assist the Senior Executive in product launches, branding campaigns, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with designers/agencies for event visuals, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
General:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales & branding strategies.
Prepare monthly marketing activity and sales reports for the Senior Executive.
Provide administrative and operational support for the marketing team.
Any other adhoc task that assign by Superior from time to time.
