Requirements
Diploma/Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Duration: Minimum 3 months (longer preferred)
岗位职责
Assist in recruitment activities (job posting, arranging interviews, candidate follow-up)
Support onboarding process for new staff (preparing documents, induction, training schedules)
Help in updating and maintaining employee records and HR database
Assist in handling leave, attendance, and payroll-related documentation
Support HR team in company events, training, and employee engagement activities
General administrative support to HR department
