Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, or customer service.
Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Organization: Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Typically requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Mathematical Ability: Competence in basic math for calculating sales figures and invoicing.
岗位职责
A Sales Coordinator acts as the central hub supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments to drive efficiency and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Processing orders, managing contracts, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate sales records in systems.
Client Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving complaints
Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules; resolve customer complaints.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team, logistics, and finance departments to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Operational Liaison: Coordinating between sales, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely product delivery and smooth sales operations.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare invoices, quotations, and sales contracts, and generate daily/monthly sales performance reports
Salary is negotiable base on your experience.
