Requirements
- 拥有商业管理、市场营销或相关领域的大专（Diploma）或学士学位。
- 具备 2–4 年美容、个人护理、化妆品、护肤品或快速消费品（FMCG）行业的重点客户管理（Key Account）、销售或业务拓展经验。
- 具备管理现代零售渠道（Modern Trade）、连锁药妆店（如 Watsons、Guardian、Health Lane、AEON Wellness 等）或传统零售渠道（General Trade）客户经验者优先考虑。
- 具备优秀的谈判、沟通、演讲及客户关系维护能力。
- 工作积极主动、目标导向，具备独立工作的能力。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件（Excel、PowerPoint 及 Word）。
- 拥有自备交通工具，并能配合工作需要出差。
Responsibilities
- 开发及拓展化妆品与个人护理产品 OEM/ODM 新业务机会。
- 开发并接洽潜在客户，包括品牌商、经销商、零售商及创业者。
- 建立并维护稳定的销售机会管道（Sales Pipeline），以达成每月及年度销售目标。
- 在产品开发过程中担任指定客户的主要联络窗口，确保沟通顺畅。
- 深入了解客户的品牌理念、产品需求、目标市场及商业目标。
- 为客户提供专业咨询，包括产品概念、包装设计、配方建议、产品定价及市场定位。
- 与客户建立长期合作关系，促进重复合作及客户业务增长。
- 准备报价单、商业提案及产品介绍资料，以支持业务开发。
- 进行销售简报、产品展示及商务洽谈，成功争取 OEM 项目合作。
- 跟进客户咨询、报价、样品评估及项目进度，直至订单确认。
- 确保客户询盘能够及时转化为正式销售订单。
- 持续关注化妆品市场趋势、消费者偏好及竞争对手动态。
- 发掘新产品商机，并根据客户需求推荐合适的解决方案。
- 收集客户反馈，协助公司持续改善产品品质及客户服务。
