Job Description

Requirements

  • 负责仓库日常运作，包括收货、发货、库存盘点和货物整理。
  • 确保库存记录的准确性，及时更新系统信息，防止库存差异。
  • 熟悉仓库管理流程，包括物料的接收、储存、拣选和包装。
  • 能够独立操作叉车或其他仓储设备（如有需要）。
  • 协助处理订单拣选和包装，确保订单准确无误地发出。
  • 维护仓库的整洁和安全，遵守公司各项规章制度。
  • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与同事及其他部门有效协作。
  • 有责任心，工作细致认真，能够承受一定的工作压力。
  • 能够根据工作需要，灵活安排工作时间和加班。

Responsibilities

  • 负责仓库货物的接收、清点、分类、上架和存放，确保货物准确无误地入库。
  • 执行日常库存盘点工作，定期核对账面库存与实际库存，及时发现并处理差异。
  • 根据订单需求，准确、高效地拣选、包装和发运货物，确保订单的及时准确交付。
  • 维护仓库的整洁和有序，包括货架的整理、通道的畅通以及环境的清洁。
  • 负责物料的搬运和装卸工作，确保操作安全，防止货物损坏。
  • 建立和维护准确的库存记录，包括入库、出库、盘点等信息，并及时更新系统。
  • 协助进行仓库的日常维护和设备保养，确保仓库设施的正常运行。
  • 遵守公司各项规章制度和安全操作规程，确保仓库工作的安全合规性。
