Candidate must possess at least an SPM Certificate/Diploma.

Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

Proven experience in the related field.

Dependable, detail-oriented, physically fit, good communication, responsible, and able to work in a team.

Computer literate and versed in MS Excel and MS Word.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Preferably specialized in warehousing or equivalent.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.00 AM – 5.00 PM), alternate off on Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).

On-site role: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Support warehouse operations performing daily handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods through receiving, issuing, storage, and delivery processes.

Ensures the safekeeping, stock accuracy, and safety of all materials in the store.

Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and inventory integrity.

Ensures all materials received and transactions in the store system/records are updated into the system.

Conduct regular stocktaking to ensure accuracy of inventory.

Verify received goods against purchase orders (PO), delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists for quantity, quality, and specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse.

Efficiently and safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift).

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
