岗位职责
Conduct outbound calls to to engage with existing customers, upselling top-ups and cross-selling new products.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all telemarketing activities in the CRM system, including call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to further explore business opportunities.
Follow up with prospects via phone and whatsapp to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales target.
Stay up-to-date on Hypehaus Consultancy's services, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
