岗位职责

1. Financial Closing & Group Consolidation

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, general ledger (GL), balance sheets, and management accounts for operating centres.
  • Assist in the monthly financial closing process and group account consolidation.
  • Monitor and track Related Party Transactions (RPT) to ensure proper recording, documentation, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset registers and records across all operating centres.

2. Budget, Cash Flow, Revenue & Treasury Management

  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and work closely with all Business Units to review and validate budget submissions.
  • Compile, consolidate, and analyse budget information from all Business Units for management review and approval.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against approved budgets and prepare variance analysis for significant differences.
  • Follow up with Business Units on budget variances and assist in identifying reasons and corrective actions.
  • Monitor overall cash flow and prepare regular cash flow reports and forecasts to support financial planning.
  • Perform and review regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Monitor revenue, billing, invoicing, and collection activities across operating centres.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely processing and settlement.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables to support effective working capital management.

3. Taxation, SST & Statutory Audit

  • Assist in managing corporate tax matters, including tax assessments, tax returns, tax audits, and tax planning activities.
  • Coordinate monthly Sales and Service Tax (SST) submissions and payments for relevant group entities, including PULSE Group, PPM, and TEP.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate the preparation of audit schedules, supporting documents, and information required for statutory and internal audits.
  • Assist in responding to audit and tax queries and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Ensure financial activities comply with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, SST requirements, and regulatory requirements.

4. Financial Analysis, Centre Performance & Acquisitions

  • Review and analyse the financial performance of operating centres to identify cost-saving opportunities, financial risks, and potential revenue growth.
  • Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Analyse financial trends, costs, revenue, and variances and highlight key issues to management.
  • Assist in financial reviews and due diligence for potential acquisitions of new dialysis centres.
  • Review financial information, assets, liabilities, and other accounting matters relating to potential acquisitions.
  • Support the accounting setup, financial transition, and consolidation of newly acquired centres into the company’s reporting structure.

5. Financial Controls & Process Improvement

  • Monitor compliance with established financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Review financial transactions and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approval.
  • Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to finance processes and procedures.
  • Monitor the accuracy and integrity of financial data within accounting and reporting systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting efficiency, and automation.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of finance systems, controls, and reporting procedures.

6. Team Leadership & Departmental Support

  • Guide, support, and supervise finance team members in carrying out daily accounting and financial activities.
  • Review the work of finance team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide operational support and leave coverage for other finance team members when required.
  • Assist the Head of Department in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related matters.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.

Perform other financial, accounting, analytical, and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
