We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with BeautyGlow’s business and sales objectives.
• Manage BeautyGlow’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar covering promotions, treatments, educational content, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
• Create and coordinate engaging marketing content such as social media posts, short-form videos, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor key advertising metrics including reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Develop marketing campaigns to generate new customer leads and increase treatment bookings.
• Collaborate with beauty therapists and spa staff to develop authentic content showcasing treatments, services, customer experiences, and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging beauty and wellness content.
• Manage online promotions, campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Monitor customer engagement, comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries across digital platforms.
• Analyse digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing leads are followed up effectively and converted into bookings.
• Continuously test and improve content, advertising strategies, offers, and customer acquisition channels to improve marketing ROI.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in the beauty, spa, wellness, healthcare, F&B, or retail industry is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads is an advantage.
• Able to understand and interpret digital marketing performance metrics.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate new content and campaign ideas.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
