IT Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support, including basic troubleshooting of laptops, software, network connectivity and IT peripherals.

• Manage and maintain office IT assets and HOMIE devices, including inventory tracking, asset labelling, device movement and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal operations teams and external vendors to support daily technical issues and operational activities.

• Perform basic hardware inspections, troubleshooting and device verification based on established technical guidelines and SOPs.

• Assist with data transfer, ingestion and uploading from project devices to NAS storage and cloud platforms.

• Support basic user account creation, access management and IT administration.

• Maintain accurate technical records, inventory updates and issue reports.

• Carry out technical tasks with training and guidance from the Tech Lead and relevant technical teams.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.

• Experience in IT asset and inventory management is required.

• Able to follow technical SOPs, troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary.

• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate in English.

• Comfortable working in a small team within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Willing to learn, adapt and explore new technologies, particularly in AI, data and emerging technologies.

• Able to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from the team lead.

• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
