Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Management or a related field.

• Candidates with a background in Finance, Accounting or Legal will have an added advantage.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

• Responsible, organised, proactive and able to handle confidential matters.

• Willing to learn and take on responsibilities outside your comfort zone.

• Able to work independently as well as with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Management in daily business and operational matters.

• Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by Management.

• Assist in preparing reports, documents, presentations and business-related materials.

• Conduct research and gather information for Management's review and decision-making.

• Assist in coordinating with internal departments, customers, business partners and external parties.

• Support finance, legal, administrative and operational matters when required.

• Follow up on ongoing projects, assignments and important deadlines.

• Handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.

• Take on ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by Management.

• Learn and gain exposure to different areas of the automotive business.
