任职资格
- Minimum SPM holder and above
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools, systems, and online platforms.
- English communication skills at B2 level or above.
- Ability to work independently with strong sense of accountability.
- Prior experience in invoice checking, customs documentation, or data entry is an advantage.
- Adaptable and eager to learn (preferably early to mid-career candidates).
岗位职责
- Manage and maintain accurate shipment documentation and records, including reporting and tracking
- Verify shipping invoices and tariff/HS codes to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs and e-Invoice requirements.
- Prepare and send regular status updates/reporting (including shipment charges) to customers via email, ensuring timely and clear communication in English and Japanese.
- Coordinate internally with various teams to gather information and support issue resolution.
- Monitor shipment statuses and maintain tracking records to provide up-to-date information.
- Assist in processing shipment bookings by managing related paperwork and system entries.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
