Operation Assistant (Container Depot)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with depot assistant/ forklift operator to maintain daily operations.

2. Ensure and arrange unit/s to be surveyed before collection.

3. Monitor, update and create clearance and bookings.

4. Ensure that depot system updates are performed timely.

5. Liaise and pursue with leasing/ shipping agents’ customer for any their party’s liable damage repair cost.

6. Back-up counter duties.

7. Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.

8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge requirements : Basic logistics and depot operations, operational documentation, inventory records, safety procedures, company SOPs, customer service principles
• Skill requirements : Record keeping, coordination, data entry, communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
