Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised beauty and aesthetic consultations, understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and consistent follow-up.
• Drive individual and team sales performance by confidently presenting treatment packages, products, and complementary services.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through effective consultation, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Maintain strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, beauty trends, new products, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle client enquiries and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor personal sales performance and actively contribute towards achieving team targets.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, service-oriented, and high-performing environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness, or related industries.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong consultation, sales conversion, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, well-presented, and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to maximise earning potential.
• Positive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
