Company Overview
Hotel Mono is a chic hideaway in six historic shophouses blending traditional Singapore charm with modern design. It offers 46 stylish rooms with minimalist décor, providing comfort and calm from the city’s bustle.
Job Summary
You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing enquiries, bookings, payments, and night audits while supporting daily hotel operations and ensuring smooth guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Greet and attend to guests, responding promptly to enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction
Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, forwarding, and scheduling bookings accurately
Process guest payments and record receipts for services to maintain accurate financial records
Perform night audits, manually close OTA accounts, and manage channel manager and property management system operations
Create and update reservations on the property management system (PMS) to maintain accurate booking records
Support administrative tasks and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth hotel operations
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver positive guest experiences during rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience using OTA platforms, PMS, and channel manager systems to support hotel operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly with guests and colleagues
Positive attitude and customer service orientation to enhance guest satisfaction
Ability to work rotating shifts (SHIFT A, B & C), weekends, and public holidays
GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ level education with hotel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
