Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and checking RPA Maintenances
  • Attending query emails
  • BPPS Approver
  • Close eKYC Account
  • SI reminder
  • EOD AOB/EBO/BPPS report/Inward outward report/CPC collection account Checker

Additional Responsibilities

  • Checking Host/Sema maintenance
  • Inward Return
  • Outward Return/ICC/OCC entries posting
  • BPPS posting
  • Processing Payrolls
  • CTR Report/Staff Exit List/unpledged FD maintenance checking
  • Close CRR Account/ CRR Refund
  • KWAP Pension payment

Others

  • BDS overriding/BDS vouchers signing
  • Yearly UMA reporting submission
  • CPC manual reviews/updates
  • Any other tasks related to the team/department
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
  • JD will be updated/revised from time to time when it requires
