Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum CGPA 3.2.
• 8+ years of application development experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong experience in .NET, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, system integration, and software architecture.
• Experience with production support, incident management, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Manage BAU support, project delivery, and production incidents.
• Drive application architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee security remediation, release management, and delivery governance.
• Support knowledge transfer, transition, and handover activities.
