What You Do
- Build and manage HQLA bond portfolios for both ALCO and Global Markets ALM to capture capital and accrual returns
- Recommend and implement interest rate strategies for key currencies markets
- Enhance capital gains from tactical positioning in the Fixed Income and rates markets
- Analyse business performance to identify key trends, issues and opportunities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Produce timely and accurate business analytics on balance sheet, liquidity, cashflows, profitability and risk metrics
- Support management initiatives and strategic priorities though timely business analysis on emerging issues and market developments
- Experience in ALM risk taking and portfolio management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and continuous process improvement
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Python, Tableau)
