Systems Engineer (Level 1 Support) (ref: 120)

Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support for operational and system-related issues

Monitor and support daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Work closely with internal teams and workshop mechanics across Singapore to coordinate and resolve technical issues

Perform basic troubleshooting, issue logging, escalation, and follow-up

Assist in maintaining service standards and operational readiness

Support onsite activities when required

Prepare simple reports and updates on issues, actions taken, and resolution status

Requirements

Experience in operations support, technical support, or a related field is an advantage

Familiarity with basic incident handling and customer/service support processes

Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with workshop mechanics and internal stakeholders across Singapore

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment

Basic technical troubleshooting skills or relevant support experience

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Must possess at least a class 3 driving license or possesses a motorbike.

Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore when required

Training will be provided
