Key responsibilities
Maintain an accurate listing of equipment and conduct inspections of the buildings
Report on maintenance issues and critical incidents, and supervise contractors and technicians
Inspect and verify that work orders are completed as agreed and on time
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
Carry out duties and job functions as assigned by the Company or officers acting on behalf of the Company
Requirements
Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Electrical or at least 2 years relevant experience
