Job Description:

Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispending of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance claims
Provide quality customer service to patients
Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.


Job Requirements:

Min N / O Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field
Self starter and responsible
Enjoy frontline duties and interacting with customers
On-job training is provided (no experience in healthcare required)
