Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve sales targets

· Manage online sales channels, social media, e-commerce platforms, and customer inquiries

· Create and implement marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

· Coordinate with store operations to ensure stock availability and product quality

· Prepare sales reports and provide recommendations to management

· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key customers

Requirements

· Proven experience in sales, online sales, marketing, or retail management

· Experience in fresh produce, F&B, or fruit retail is an advantage

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Familiar with Malaysian fruits spupplying market

· Ability to develop and execute marketing plans independently

· Willing to work night shifts

· Results-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
