Job summary

Bring your service mindset and leadership to Thunder Print. Lead workplace services and worker accommodation, creating better everyday experiences.

Make work feel welcoming. Make a second home feel like home.

A great workplace is more than a well-maintained building. It is the warm welcome, the comfortable shared spaces, the quick response when something goes wrong—and the thoughtful improvements that show people they matter.

At Thunder Print, we want our “Second Home” concept and “A Great Place to Play” culture to be something employees experience every day.

We are looking for a Manager, Workplace Experience who combines a service mindset with hands-on operational leadership. Someone who notices what could be better, listens to people and turns ideas into action.

Your opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Sustainability, you will lead our General Affairs team and company-managed worker accommodation.

Your scope will cover both the workplace and the living experience of approximately 400 residents. From housekeeping and corporate services to security, facilities improvements and resident wellbeing, you will help make everyday experiences safer, more comfortable and more welcoming.

What you will lead

Everyday experiences that make a difference

  • Listen to employees and residents, identify service gaps and anticipate their needs.
  • Introduce practical initiatives that improve comfort, convenience, wellbeing and belonging.
  • Support company events, employee activities and corporate visits with professional, thoughtful service.

Reliable workplace and accommodation operations

  • Oversee office administration, reception, housekeeping, common areas and corporate services.
  • Keep facilities and shared spaces clean, functional and well maintained.
  • Manage accommodation inspections, maintenance, hygiene, security and living conditions.
  • Oversee outsourced security, access control, visitor management and CCTV arrangements.

Improvements with a clear purpose

  • Lead renovations, facility upgrades and shared-space enhancements.
  • Coordinate contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
  • Challenge unnecessary complexity and find better ways to deliver services.

A capable team and accountable partners

  • Coach and develop the GA team, with clear expectations and a proactive service culture.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, contracts and service performance.
  • Work closely with HR, EHS, Operations and other departments to deliver consistent results.

What you bring

You may come from hospitality, airlines, premium hospitals, serviced residences, facilities management, corporate services or a similar service-oriented environment.

We are looking for:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Corporate Services or related fields.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and delivering service standards.
  • Experience with facilities, vendors, budgets and improvement projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across different roles and backgrounds.
  • A hands-on approach: you take ownership, follow through and build accountability.
  • Curiosity and practical creativity—you see opportunities, simplify processes and make improvements happen.

Large-scale worker accommodation experience is an advantage. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential.

What success looks like

A more proactive GA team. Reliable services. Better-maintained spaces. Employees and residents who feel heard—and improvements they can see and experience.

Ready to make everyday experiences better?

Tell us about an improvement you led that made a workplace, property or living environment better for the people using it.
