️ What You'll Do:
- Source and identify talent through job portals, events, and referrals

- Reaching out to new prospects/candidates through outbound cold calls

- Sharing what we do in a warm, engaging way

- Promote career opportunities and build a strong candidate pipeline

- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the team

- Keeping your notes tidy and up to date

- Following up with interested prospects at the right moment

- Sharing useful feedback from calls to help the team improve

You're a great fit if you:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline

- Have at least 1 year of telemarketing or sales experience

- Confident on the phone and handle rejection with a smile

- Communicate clearly and make people feel heard

- Love chasing goals and celebrating your own wins

- Pick up new knowledge quickly and share it naturally

- Work well independently but also love a good team vibe

- Hold a min. Diploma in any discipline
