Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for providing daily transportation and driving services for the Director and his family.
• Accommodate the Director’s ad hoc and irregular schedules as required.
• Perform despatch duties, including the accurate and timely collection and delivery of documents to and from clients’ offices, banks, and law firms.
• Carry out other driving-related duties and errands, including grocery pick-ups and simple deliveries, as required.
• Provide occasional support for family-driver duties when required.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Monitor, schedule and ensure regular vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Perform basic maintenance checks (e.g., oil, fuel, tire pressure) and make minor repairs when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle at all times.

Work Arrangements:

• Flexible working hours based on the Director’s schedule and daily requirements.
• Public holidays may require work; time off in lieu will be provided accordingly.
• Average of 8 days off per month.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore driving license.
• Relevant driving experience with good safety and driving record.
• Comfortable with irregular working hours and a standby arrangement.
• Highly cooperative, responsible and reliable.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic conditions is an advantage.
