We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines and partner with business leaders to attract top talent. This role offers exposure beyond financial consultant recruitment, with opportunities to support diverse hiring needs, including internship and high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, sharing insights on market trends, candidate availability and relevant regulatory developments.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies with business stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
• Guide hiring managers on interview processes, assessment techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Source and attract quality candidates through creative sourcing strategies and direct recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end offer process, including salary benchmarking, offer negotiation and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Develop effective working relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Manage multiple vacancies concurrently while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in internship recruitment and high-volume hiring is preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring requirements is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and a substantial recruitment portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment modules within HRIS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
