Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed work plans by studying and interpreting construction drawings and specifications to achieve daily contract targets in quality, safety, and scope.

Coordinate proactively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to identify, resolve, and prevent site problems, ensuring smooth project progress.

Manage project profit & loss by monitoring costs, schedules, and resources allocation to meet financial objectives.

Drive timely project completion by overseeing all construction activities and adjusting plans to mitigate delays and budget overruns.

Plan, organize, & maximize the efficient use of manpower, materials, plant, and equipment to optimize productivity on site

Lead and document all site meetings, maintaining accurate records to support project tracking and communication.

Collaborate with the project QS to prepare monthly claims, certifications, & manage all contractual matters effectively

Compile and provide all necessary documents, drawings, and photographic evidence to substantiate project claims and certifications.
