The Role
Our client, an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage LTA infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall planning, coordination and execution of LTA projects from commencement to completion.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed according to project schedules, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities on project matters.
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, resources and construction schedules.
Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with LTA requirements, safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage project budgets, procurement, subcontractors and contractual matters.
Lead and guide project teams to achieve project objectives and timely completion.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
Proven experience managing LTA infrastructure projects.
Candidates with MRT, underground, railway or major civil infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of LTA requirements, construction practices and project management.
Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
