Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable sauces, condiments and food products.
Introduce product features, usage and promotions to customers.
Prepare and assist with food sampling activities, including basic food preparation and serving samples to customers.
Arrange product displays, replenish stocks and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organised.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and product presentation.
Handle sales transactions and provide friendly customer service.
Assist with daily store operations and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist customers with product enquiries.
Willing to learn about sauces, condiments and the company's product range.
Comfortable with product sampling preparation, stock replenishment and hands-on retail duties.
Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented.
Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and rostered shifts.
Working Hours
Rotating shifts:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
