About the Role

We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Admin Executive to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our primary enrichment centre! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to parents, foster positive relationships with young learners, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Parent Relations: Greet walk-in parents and students; respond promptly to phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries; manage trial class bookings and assist with student enrolments.
• Student Administration & Billing: Manage student registration records, daily attendance, make-up class logistics, fee billing, payment receipts, and package renewal follow-ups.
• Centre Operations & Academic Support: Coordinate with teaching staff on classroom setup and relief scheduling; assist Centre Manager with open houses, roadshows, and holiday programs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, front-desk administration, or education support (preschool, enrichment, or tuition centre background is an advantage).
• Schedule Commitment: Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday (5-day work week: 3 Weekdays + Sat & Sun).
• Excellent spoken and written English; warm, articulate, and patient communication style when engaging parents.
• Proficient with WhatsApp Web, email, Microsoft Word, and basic Excel spreadsheets.
