Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in channel sales or business development (technology/IT sector preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in managing and growing partnerships
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven, yet a collaborative team player
• Familiarity with the Penang business landscape is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and dealers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective partner collaboration
• Provide sales support and technical assistance to partners
• Work closely with internal teams to shape channel strategy
• Monitor partner performance and represent the company at trade shows and industry events
