• Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy, growth plans, and sales objectives.
• Oversee the sales and distribution of POS systems, including POS terminals, cash registers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and other related accessories.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with retailers, restaurants, F&B outlets, and other corporate customers.
• Manage key client accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Oversee product sourcing, supplier management, procurement, and inventory planning to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Work closely with suppliers and technology partners to evaluate new POS hardware, software, and related solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
• Oversee installation, implementation, maintenance, and after-sales support for POS systems and related equipment.
• Manage and guide the sales, technical support, and operations teams to ensure efficient business operations.
• Monitor company financial performance, budgeting, revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant business, product, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in meetings with major clients, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business management, sales, operations, or the POS / IT hardware industry.
• Experience in POS systems, retail technology, payment solutions, IT hardware, or related products will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, payment devices, and related accessories.
• Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, client relationship management, and supplier management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good understanding of market trends, pricing, procurement, inventory management, and business operations.
