• SPM/SKM or Diploma in any relevant fields.

• Able to work in rotation shifts

• Knowledge of measurements.

• Minimum one year of experience (on cables assembly a plus).

• Understanding and application of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard (certification a plus).

• Vision meeting 20/20 with naked eye or eyeglasses.

• Not being colour blind (>90% on Ishihara colour test).

• Capable to walk and carry load of less of 10lbs.without assistance.

• Capability to read Engineering Drawings and Specifications.

• Able to read Engineering Drawings, BOMs and material specifications.

• Able to use properly callipers, rulers, measuring tapes, go-no go gauges, pull testers, hardness testers, terminal retention and microscope.

• Working hours: 12 Hours with 3hrs Auto OT (Rotation Shifts)

• To identify the priority of work orders to process per instructions of Production Supervisor/Lead or Quality Control Supervisor/Leader.

• Make sure clock in/out of the ERP system (M3) per Work Order and daily.

• Perform the following inspections and test on products/materials based on the instruction given:

1. Media Clerk Production and Control Function

-Take the product photographs of workmanship after critical operations or any other operation (during production process), in accordance with customer’s requirements and specifications.

-Ensure that 100% of photos generated are taken at the traveller photo and customer specified points, keeping record of all photos taken, per work order, product’s serial number and operation.

1. Electrical Test Function.

-Perform electrical test to all cables according with the customer’s requirement/ internal procedure-working instructions, including the preliminary test (first test) as well as the final test.

-Assure the correct selection and use of electrical test fixtures according to the traveler.

-Perform a visual verification of test fixtures and product to confirm no damage on mating terminals on each of them to prevent product issues.

1. Final Inspection Function.

-To perform the final inspection of the finish’s product as well raw material, according with customer’s specification and standards.

• In case of total or partial rejection of material or product, create the corresponding internal rejection, identify, segregate and return the material to the corresponding area/process based on current procedures.

• Maintain good communication with the Quality Control Engineer and Production Leas to address on a timely manner any issues that arises during shift period.
