Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company with a strong presence in Malaysia and international markets. They provide end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain solutions to global customers and are continuously expanding their operations.

They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their team and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, accounting operations and the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting and monthly variance analysis.
• Oversee general ledger, chart of accounts, journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and inventory management.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, loans and financing activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
• Lead, supervise and develop the Finance & Accounting team, including recruitment and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing, EMS or MNC environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP Financial System is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing finance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
