Part-Time Mathematics Tutor — Tim Gan Math

Tim Gan Math is looking for part-time maths tutors who enjoy explaining mathematics clearly, listen carefully and respond thoughtfully to students’ learning needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Help students understand mathematical concepts, work through questions and develop confidence in their learning. Use our curriculum resources to prepare lessons and guide practice, adapting your explanations to the students you teach.

HOW WE TEACH AND WORK

Technology is part of our teaching and day-to-day workflow. Our Study Hub, online question bank, recorded lessons and video explanations help students continue learning between classes. QR codes connect printed notes to explanations, while our hybrid lesson setup supports physical and online attendance.

Behind the scenes, shared digital workspaces help us organise resources, coordinate tasks and keep track of updates. Our aim is a clear, organised workflow that supports good lesson preparation and consistent student support.

• Strong digital fluency is preferred: comfortable using online teaching tools and shared digital workspaces, and quick to learn new systems.
