Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• CGPA 3.5 and above preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of operations, customer support, or data handling experience are welcome.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive operational tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and willing to support urgent operational matters when required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to support regional business communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer account lifecycle including account setup, activation, suspension, and account updates.
• Support billing operations including invoice preparation, payment follow-up, and account balance monitoring.
• Review contracts and ensure operational records are updated accurately.
• Handle customer operational inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Process customer top-ups, balance adjustments, and account maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting records.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support operational tracking and reporting using Excel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
