Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Piano Teachers who are passionate about teaching meaningfully and growing with the studio. This role is ideal for teachers who want flexibility in their teaching schedule and the opportunity to contribute ideas while gaining teaching experience.

Compensation & Earnings

• Competitive commission per student based on experience
• Performance bonus incentives based on student retention
• Opportunity to transition into a fixed-rate / fixed-salaried position

Earnings depend on teaching load, retention, and schedule availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct piano lessons for students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop students’ musical understanding, technique, and confidence
• Prepare students for graded ABRSM exams, recitals, and competitions
• Monitor and track student progress
• Maintain a positive, passionate attitude towards teaching
• Contribute ideas for new programmes and curriculum
• Participate in discussions with the director and teaching team where needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Music / Performance or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of piano techniques and music theory
• Experience teaching young beginners (age 3–6) and adults
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience
• Responsible, patient, and student-focused
• English-speaking (multilingual is a plus)
